I am classroom teacher turned technological ed-venturer, and am the tech coordinator at a PreK - 8th grade school. I am regular presenter at tech conferences both live and virtually. As a technology coach, helping people get to “yes” in their teaching and learning is the best!

A native Michigander, I spent 13 years teaching third and fourth grade in Bloomfield Hills prior to moving into my current role. My favorite part of being Coordinator of Technological Adventures is supporting teachers in their own technology ed-ventures. This role allows me to focus on my strength - using technology to help teachers bring curriculum to life for students, crafting memorable, meaningful, and engaging learning experiences for all involved. Consulting with teachers and schools to provide teacher professional development in educational technology is my way of bringing magic to more learners!

In August 2021, I was honored to join Jennifer Gonzalez's team at Cult of Pedagogy to help with the Teacher's Guide to Tech. The Tech Guide team consists of me and three other incredible technology educators who work with Jennifer to update the guide, which comes out each January. It is a privilege and a joy to be a part of this team!

Outside of school, you'll find me with a stack of (Kindle) books, playing Minecraft with my niece, or looking for subjects to practice photography skills. I love spending time with my nieces, and snuggling with my rescue pup, Sparky Anderson. My binge list includes The Office, Gilmore Girls, Schitt's Creek, and Friends.

A constant learner, I am an alumni of the Galileo Leadership Academy, Class of 2013 and am Certified or Ambassadorized in the following:
